The Tram Tower Townhomes were built in 1991 in order to offer the ultimate in luxury ski in / ski out location townhomes. The Tram Tower complex also includes access to a shared workout room, an additional Jacuzzi, and during the summer season, pool and tennis courts.
The main living space contains a spacious living room, a large rock fireplace, a color television, VCR and stereo with CD. The dining room table will seat 10 people, with additional seating at a dining nook for 5-6 and a breakfast bar for 4. There is a large kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and modern appliances.
The second floors of the Tram Tower units offer three bedrooms and baths. The Master bedrooms offer a rock fireplace with sitting area, outside deck area, an oversize Jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, double vanity and walk-in closet. Down the hallway from the master bedroom you will find the other two bedrooms and their own private full baths.
